Life with an almost-empty nest can leave an “ungainfully-employed”, middle-aged English/History major with a lot of time on her hands. I could keep my hands busy making progress on half a dozen unfinished quilts, but it seems they can’t stay away from a keyboard. And nothing about me or my life is particularly interesting unless you like recipes, miniature schnauzers, and teenage boys. But if you have fallen deeply and irrevocably in love with the Lord Jesus Christ and find your heart consumed with a need to share Him with other believers who will “share” in return, then we have much in common. I hope you will bear patiently with me when my reflection of the King’s image is flawed, and that you will find me “authentic” enough that you will share your own thoughts and knowledge of Him, your struggles and burdens, your joys and blessings in response to my “blog”.
An “About” page offers almost a one-dimensional insight into the owner of a blog. Other facets of my life and thought-processes from the pages of “my other blog” may be of interest.
